$500,000 home purchase = $5,000 CASH BACK COMMISSION REBATE
$600,000 home purchase = $8,000 CASH BACK COMMISSION REBATE
$700,000 home purchase = $10,000 CASH BACK COMMISSION REBATE
$800,000 home purchase = $12,000 CASH BACK COMMISSION REBATE

Rebate amounts are based upon the typical 3% commission received by Realtors. All rebates must be reflected on the Closing Disclosure.
